March Soldier Veggie Juice
March Soldier veggie juice is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants from the combination of green vegetables and a hint of sweetness from the apple. It's a great way to incorporate a variety of vegetables into your diet resulting in a unique blend that's both flavorful and nutritious.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1 cup radishes, trimmed and sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Trim the asparagus by snapping off the tough ends.
- Trim and slice the radishes.
- Peel and slice the cucumber.
- Core and slice the green apple.
- Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
- Peel the ginger.
Juicing:
- In a juicer, combine the trimmed asparagus, peas, sliced radishes, sliced cucumber, sliced green apple, peeled lemon, and peeled ginger. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the juice afterward.
Add Water:
- Pour the cold water into the juicer or blender to help extract the juice and dilute it slightly.
Optional: Add Ice:
- If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the freshly squeezed juice.
Mix:
- Stir the juice to combine all the flavors.
Serve:
- Pour the Green Garden Medley Juice into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish (Optional):
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a radish on the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
