Ingredients:
- 1 cup green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
- 1 cup radishes, trimmed and sliced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1 green apple, cored and sliced
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Trim the ends of the green beans.
- Trim and slice the radishes.
- Peel and slice the cucumber.
- Core and slice the green apple.
- Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
- Peel the ginger.
Juicing:
- In a juicer, combine the trimmed green beans, peas, sliced radishes, sliced cucumber, sliced green apple, peeled lemon, and peeled ginger. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the juice afterward.
Add Water:
