April Abundance Veggie Juice is a nutrient-packed beverage that combines the crispness of green beans, the sweetness of peas, and the peppery flavor of radishes. The addition of apple, lemon, and ginger adds a delightful twist to the overall flavor profile. Enjoy this fresh and vitamin-rich juice!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 cup radishes, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Trim the ends of the green beans.
    • Trim and slice the radishes.
    • Peel and slice the cucumber.
    • Core and slice the green apple.
    • Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
    • Peel the ginger.
  2. Juicing:

    • In a juicer, combine the trimmed green beans, peas, sliced radishes, sliced cucumber, sliced green apple, peeled lemon, and peeled ginger. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the juice afterward.
  3. Add Water:

    • Pour the cold water into the juicer or blender to help extract the juice and dilute it slightly.
  4. Optional: Add Ice:

    • If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the freshly squeezed juice.
  5. Mix:

    • Stir the juice to combine all the flavors.
  6. Serve:
