June Medley Fruit Juice

The delightful and vibrant combination of sweet cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines, and strawberries. The addition of lime provides a zesty twist to the overall flavor. Adjust the sweetness and quantities based on your taste preferences and enjoy this refreshing and nutrient-rich juice!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup apricots, pitted and halved
  • 2 peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 nectarines, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Pit the cherries.
    • Pit and halve the apricots.
    • Pit and slice the peaches and nectarines.
    • Hull the strawberries.
    • Peel the lime, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
  2. Juicing:

    • In a blender, combine the pitted cherries, halved apricots, sliced peaches, sliced nectarines, hulled strawberries, and peeled lime.
    • Add cold water to the blender.
  3. Sweeten (Optional):

    • Taste the juice and, if desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten. The sweetness will depend on the natural sweetness of your fruits.
  4. Optional: Add Ice:

    • If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
  5. Blend:

    • Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more cold water.
  6. Mix:

    • Stir the juice to ensure all the flavors are well combined.
  7. Serve:
