  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Handful of fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Chop the tomatoes, peeled cucumbers, red onion, celery, red and green bell peppers.

    • If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the freshly squeezed juice.
  6. Mix:

    • Stir the juice to combine all the flavors.
  7. Serve:

    • Pour the Veggie Island Juice into glasses and serve immediately.
  8. Garnish (Optional):

    • Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of parsley for a decorative touch.
