January Joyous Fruit Juice
Fruits: Orange, grapefruit, tangerine
Benefits: Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber. Boosts the immune system and supports skin health.
Ingredients:
- 4 oranges, peeled and segmented
 - 2 grapefruits peeled and segmented.
 - 2 tangerines, peeled and segmented
 - 1 lemon, juiced
 - Ice cubes (optional)
 
Instructions:
Prepare the Citrus Fruits:
- Peel and segment the oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines. Make sure to remove any seeds.
 
Juicing:
- In a juicer, combine the segmented citrus fruits and juice them. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the juice afterward.
 
Lemon Juice:
- Squeeze the juice of one lemon and add it to the citrus juice for an extra burst of flavor.
 
Mix:
- Stir the juices together to ensure a uniform blend.
 
Optional: Add Ice:
- If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the freshly squeezed juice.
 
Serve:
- Pour the Citrus Blast Juice into glasses and serve immediately.
 
Garnish (Optional):
- Garnish with a slice of citrus fruit on the rim of the glass or a mint sprig for a decorative touch.
