February Romance Fruit Juice
Fruits: Strawberries, pineapples, mangoes
- Benefits: Strawberries are rich in antioxidants. Pineapples and mangoes provide vitamin C and digestive enzymes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup pineapples, diced
- 1 cup mangoes, diced
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 lime, peeled
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- 1 cup cold coconut water or water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Hull the strawberries.
- Dice the pineapples and mangoes.
- Peel and segment the orange.
- Peel the lime, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
Juicing:
- In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, diced pineapples, diced mangoes, segmented orange, and peeled lime.
- Add cold coconut water or water to the blender.
Sweeten (Optional):
- Taste the juice and, if desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten. Adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
Optional: Add Ice:
- If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
Blend:
- Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more cold coconut water or water.
Mix:
- Stir the juice to ensure all the flavors are well combined.
Serve:
- Pour the Tropical Berry Burst Juice into glasses and serve immediately.
Garnish (Optional):
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a strawberry on the rim of the glass for a decorative touch.
