April Shower Fruit Juice

 Fruits: Apricots, cherries, strawberries

Benefits: Apricots are high in vitamin A. Cherries have anti-inflammatory properties. Strawberries are rich in antioxidants. April Shower Fruit Juice is refreshing and packed with sweet and tangy flavors. Enjoy this vibrant and nutritious juice during the summer months!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apricots, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Pit and halve the apricots.
    • Pit the cherries.
    • Hull the strawberries.
    • Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
  2. Juicing:

    • In a blender, combine the pitted apricots, pitted cherries, hulled strawberries, and peeled lemon.
    • Add cold water to the blender.
  3. Sweeten (Optional):

    • Taste the juice and, if desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten. The sweetness will depend on the natural sweetness of your fruits.
  4. Optional: Add Ice:

    • If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
  5. Blend:

    • Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more cold water.
  6. Mix:

    • Stir the juice to ensure all the flavors are well combined.
  7. Serve:
