Ingredients:

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (canned or cooked)
  • 1 cup asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • If using fresh artichokes, cook or prepare them according to the package instructions to obtain artichoke hearts.
    • Trim the asparagus by snapping off the tough ends.
    • Cut the broccoli into florets.
    • Peel and slice the cucumber.
    • Core and slice the green apple.
    • Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
    • Peel the ginger.
  2. Juicing:

    • In a juicer, combine the artichoke hearts, trimmed asparagus, broccoli florets, sliced cucumber, sliced green apple, peeled lemon, and peeled ginger. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the juice afterward.

  4. Optional: Add Ice:

    • If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the freshly squeezed juice.
  5. Mix:

    • Stir the juice to combine all the flavors.
  6. Serve:

    • Pour the Green Veggie Fusion Juice into glasses and serve immediately.
  7. Garnish (Optional):

    • Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a sprig of parsley for a decorative touch.
