December Holiday Fruit Juice brings together the zesty and sweet flavors of oranges, grapefruits, clementines, and the unique tartness of pomegranate. The lemon adds a citrusy kick, and the optional sweetener enhances the overall taste. Enjoy this vitamin-packed and invigorating juice!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
  • 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • Seeds from 1 pomegranate
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Peel and segment the oranges, grapefruit, and clementines.
    • Extract the seeds from the pomegranate.
    • Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
  2. Juicing:

    • In a blender, combine the segmented oranges, segmented grapefruit, segmented clementines, pomegranate seeds, and peeled lemon.
    • Add cold water to the blender.
  3. Sweeten (Optional):

    • Taste the juice and, if desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten. Adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
  4. Optional: Add Ice:

    • If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
  5. Blend:

    • Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the consistency is too thick, you can add more cold water.
  6. Mix:

    • Stir the juice to ensure all the flavors are well combined.
