Ingredients:
- 2 oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 4 clementines, peeled and segmented
- Seeds from 1 pomegranate
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel and segment the oranges, grapefruit, and clementines.
- Extract the seeds from the pomegranate.
- Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith.
Juicing:
- In a blender, combine the segmented oranges, segmented grapefruit, segmented clementines, pomegranate seeds, and peeled lemon.
- Add cold water to the blender.
Sweeten (Optional):
- Taste the juice and, if desired, add honey or agave syrup to sweeten. Adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
Optional: Add Ice:
- If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the blender and blend until the ice is crushed.
