I’m Sheryl Martin, a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina helping clients with their real estate wants and needs. I am originally from New York, the city that never sleeps. I have been in the real estate industry for 9 years and counting. During the pandemic I’ve obtained my broker-in-charge eligibility designation along with pricing strategy advisor, real estate investing, and digital marketing techniques. While every year I’m required to complete 8 hours of continuing education I strategically choose courses that will enhance my education, negotiation skills, and expertise additionally getting updates on any ethical and professional changes in the real estate industry. This strengthens my ability to navigate through the most challenging situations and better equip my clients for success. January Ginormous Veggie Juice

Vegetables : Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower Benefits: High in fiber, vitamins C and K. Supports digestion and provides immune-boosting nutrients. Ingredients: 1 cup Brussels sprouts, trimmed 1 cup cabbage, chopped 1 cup cauliflower florets 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1 green apple, cored and sliced 1 lemon, peeled 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled 1 cup cold water Ice cubes (optional) Instructions: Prepare the Ingredients: Trim the Brussels sprouts and remove any tough outer leaves. Chop the cabbage into smaller pieces. Break the cauliflower into florets. Peel and slice the cucumber. Core and slice the green apple. Peel the lemon, ensuring to remove the bitter white pith. Peel the ginger. Juicing: In a juicer, combine Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, green apple, lemon, and ginger. January Joyous Fruit Juice

Fruits: Orange, grapefruit, tangerine Benefits: Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber. Boosts the immune system and supports skin health. Ingredients: 4 oranges, peeled and segmented 2 grapefruits peeled and segmented. 2 tangerines, peeled and segmented 1 lemon, juiced Ice cubes (optional) Instructions: Prepare the Citrus Fruits: Peel and segment the oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines. Make sure to remove any seeds. Juicing: In a juicer, combine the segmented citrus fruits and juice them. If you don't have a juicer, you can use a blender and strain the juice afterward. Lemon Juice: Squeeze the juice of one lemon and add it to the citrus juice for an extra burst of flavor. Mix: Stir the juices together to ensure a uniform blend. Optional: Add Ice: If you prefer a chilled juice, you can add ice cubes to the freshly squeezed juice. Serve: Pour the Citrus Blast Juice into glasses and serve immediately.
